As we provide localized delivery services, issues that may arise during transport are identified by our staff and the recipient of the delivery at the time of the delivery’s arrival. Our delivery staff is trained to address issues on the spot and, when necessary, contact the store for further assistance. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery, and if there are any concerns regarding the condition of the products or the order accuracy, bring them to the attention of our delivery personnel. They will work to resolve the issue immediately.
