  • Product Quality Issues: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Our staff will inspect the order, and if we confirm the issue, we will offer a refund for the affected item(s). Please note that you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an order with items different from what you have ordered, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Our staff will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, will arrange for the correct items to be delivered to you or issue a refund for the incorrect items.
  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not been dispatched for delivery can be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

Delivery-Related Issues

As we provide localized delivery services, issues that may arise during transport are identified by our staff and the recipient of the delivery at the time of the delivery’s arrival. Our delivery staff is trained to address issues on the spot and, when necessary, contact the store for further assistance. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery, and if there are any concerns regarding the condition of the products or the order accuracy, bring them to the attention of our delivery personnel. They will work to resolve the issue immediately.

Our Delivery Service is available from 3 pm to 9 pm, Tuesday through Saturday (Delivery NOT available Sunday or Monday). A $7.99 delivery fee is added to all delivery orders.  Deliveries will be completed within 1 hour whenever possible.
